The entrance of residence is there, when you see the logo “YUME Sushi” you must pass under there and go stright to the parking which is closed by a yellow pilon.

- Heating and Conditioning : Heating and Conditioning are centralized. You can increase or decrease from the controller on side of the front door. Please do not move the fan settings, as it will not close or open the heat/cool cirtcuit.
- Lining changes and cleaning : We provide a full set of linings and bath/soap dressing for any new entry. By law, “Locazione Turistica” cannot provice any extra service out of this. We can provide the name of a third party who can do the cleaming if you need.
- Laundry : we have a coin-operated laudry machines which also dry, the laundry is the wood door in front of the main entrance. You will be provided with a key for it. With 2 euros you can choose the quick program and 1 hour or more drying.
- Parking :the residence parking is the one closed by the yellow pylon. The code to open it is 160629# to be inserted in the small keyboard on the left (warning : if you insert it while on front of the photocells it will not work) BE CAREFUL to insert it and go out, as the pylon has a set time of 30 sec to stay down.
- WiFi : The key of WiFi is Ferri0701

The main entrance is after the hedge next to the Pizzeria .
In front of the entrance door of the residence , on the left, you will find 4 small gray box underneath the mailbox .
Pull down on the main form, and discover the combination safe .
The combination and the number of the safe to open will be disclosed to you by email or SMS before your arrival.
After inserted these 4 numbers, You will have to simultaneously press the two buttons on the sides to open it.
You’ll find the keys of the entry and of the unit PLEASE GET ONLY YOUR KEYS NOT OTHER GUEST’S.
After closing the safe , open the entrance , go up the stairs and follow the hallway , you’ll find all the odd Apartments on the left.

Riscaldamento e Condizionamento: Riscaldamento e Condizionamento sono centralizzati. È possibile aumentare o diminuire la temperatura della vostra unità dal termostato posto a lato della porta. Si prega di non spostare le impostazioni della ventola, poiché non chiuderà o aprirà il circuito di riscaldamento/raffreddamento.
Cambi e pulizia delle federe e asciugamani: Forniamo un set completo di federe e asciugamani da bagno/sapone per ogni nuova entrata. Per legge, “Locazione Turistica”, non può fornire alcun servizio aggiuntivo al di fuori di questo. Possiamo fornire il nome di una terza parte che può fare la pulizia, se necessario.
Lavanderia: disponiamo di lavatrici a gettoni che asciugano anche, la lavanderia è dietro la porta di legno davanti all’ingresso principale. La chiave della vostra stanza apre anche la lavanderia. Con 2 euro puoi scegliere il programma rapido e 1 ora o più di asciugatura.
Parcheggio : il parcheggio del residence è quello chiuso dal pilone giallo. Il codice per aprirlo è 160629# da inserire nella tastierina di sinistra (attenzione: se lo inserirai mentre è davanti alle fotocellule non funzionerà) FARE ATTENZIONE ad inserirlo ed uscire, in quanto il traliccio è dotato di impostare un tempo di 30 secondi per rimanere giù.
WiFi : La chiave del WiFi è Ferri0701
Nel caso in cui Maria non fosse disponibile durante il Vostro soggiorno, abbiamo impostato un metodo semplice per consegnare le Vostre chiavi, dopo che ci avrete fornito via WhatsApp la foto del vostro documento di identità, che verrà poi verificato in loco appena possibile.
L’ingresso principale è dopo la siepe accanto a Yume.
Davanti alla d’ingresso della residenza, sulla sinistra, troverete 4 piccole scatole grigie sotto la cassetta delle lettere.
Apri tirando verso il basso la copertura e scopri la cassaforte a combinazione.
La combinazione e il numero della cassaforte da aprire ti saranno comunicati via email o SMS prima del tuo arrivo.
Dopo aver inserito questi 4 numeri, dovrai premere contemporaneamente i due pulsanti ai lati per aprire.
Troverai le chiavi dell’ingresso e dell’unità, puo’ essere che ne troviate più di una, SI PREGA DI PRENDERE SOLO LE TUE CHIAVI NON QUELLE CHE POSSONO ESSERE DI ALTRI OSPITI.
Dopo aver chiuso la cassaforte, apri l’ingresso, sali le scale e segui il corridoio, troverai tutti gli appartamenti dispari sulla sinistra ed i pari sulla destra.

Padova: La Città… Il cuore del centro storico di Padova è costituito dalle 3 famose piazze:

A poche centinaia di metri dagli Appartamenti c’è la Capolinea Sud Guizza della metrotram. Il parcheggio lì è gratuito, e con pochi euro puoi prendere il metrotram e andare dove ti è comodo a padova centro.

Après avoir inséré ces 4 chiffres, vous devrez appuyer simultanément sur les deux boutons sur les côtés pour l’ouvrir.
Vous trouverez les clés de l’entrée et de l’unité VEUILLEZ OBTENIR SEULEMENT VOS CLÉS PAS D’AUTRES INVITÉS.
Après avoir fermé le coffre-fort, ouvrez l’entrée, montez les escaliers et suivez le couloir, vous trouverez tous les appartements impairs sur la gauche.

Padua: Die Stadt … Das Herz des historischen Zentrums von Padua bilden die 3 berühmten Plätze:Piazza dei Signori , die den Palazzo del Capitanio beherbergt ,
Piazza delle Erbe , die sich jeden Mittwochabend mit jungen Leuten füllt und wo Sie den Palazzo della Ragione bewundern können,
Piazza of Fruits (oder der Fruit Square), wo sich die Rückseite des Palazzo della Ragione erstreckt und wo der Markt ist.
Unter den Gebäuden, die Sie während eines Aufenthalts in Padua besuchen sollten, heben wir den Palazzo del Bo hervor, den historischen Sitz der Universität von Padua, den Palazzo della Ragione, den Palast des Kapitäns. Bei einem Rundgang durch die Straßen der Innenstadt können Sie im Caffè Pedrocchi, dem berühmten „Kaffee ohne Türen“, einen Kaffee trinken.

Die Scrovegni-Kapelle, die heute nur noch von Touristen besucht wird, ist vollständig mit Fresken von Giotto und Scrovegni bedeckt.
ÖFFENTLICHER VERKEHR :
Wenige hundert Meter von den Apartments entfernt befindet sich die Capolinea Sud Guizza der U-Bahn. Das Parken dort ist kostenlos, und mit wenigen Euro können Sie die U-Bahn nehmen und überall hinfahren, wo es Ihnen im Zentrum von Padua am besten passt.

Calefacción y Acondicionamiento: La Calefacción y el Acondicionamiento son centralizados. Puede aumentar o disminuir desde el controlador en el costado de la puerta delantera. No mueva la configuración del ventilador, ya que no cerrará ni abrirá el circuito de calor/frío.
Cambios de forro y limpieza: Proporcionamos un juego completo de forros y apósitos de baño/jabón para cualquier nueva entrada. Por ley, “Locazione Turistica” no puede prestar ningún servicio extra fuera de este. Podemos proporcionar el nombre de un tercero que puede realizar la limpieza si lo necesita.

Padua: La Ciudad… El corazón del centro histórico de Padua está compuesto por las 3 plazas famosas:Piazza dei Signori, que alberga el Palacio del Capitán,
Piazza delle Erbe, que se llena de jóvenes todos los miércoles por la noche, y donde se puede admirar el Palazzo della Ragione,
Plaza de las Frutas (o Plaza de las Frutas), donde se extiende la parte trasera del Palazzo della Ragione y aquí es donde se encuentra el mercado.
Entre los edificios para visitar durante una estancia en Padua, destacamos el Palazzo del Bo, la sede histórica de la Universidad de Padua, el Palazzo della Ragione, el Palacio del Capitán. El Prato della Valle es una de las plazas más grandes no solo de Italia sino de toda Europa.

TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO :
A unos cien metros de los Apartamentos se encuentra la Capolinea Sud Guizza del metrotram. El estacionamiento allí es gratuito, y con unos pocos euros puede tomar el metrotram e ir a donde sea conveniente para usted en el centro de Padova.
